Taking air as the raw material, under certain pressure conditions, the oxygen and nitrogen are used to separate oxygen and nitrogen with different permeability in the membrane. Compared with other nitrogen making equipment, it has a simpler structure and a larger volume. It has the advantages of small size, no need to switch valves, less maintenance, faster gas production (≤3 minutes), and convenient expansion. It is especially suitable for small and medium-sized nitrogen users with a purity of ≤98%. When the nitrogen purity is above 98%, its price is more than 15% higher than the pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator of the same specification.
The nitrogen generator refers to a device that uses air as a device to obtain nitrogen by physically separating oxygen and nitrogen from raw materials. According to the different classification methods, namely low temperature air separation method, molecular sieve air separation method (PSA) and membrane air separation method, nitrogen generators used in industry can be divided into three types. Nitrogen generator is a nitrogen generator designed and manufactured according to pressure swing adsorption technology. The nitrogen generator uses high-quality imported carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as the adsorbent, and adopts the principle of normal temperature pressure swing adsorption (PSA) to separate air to produce high-purity nitrogen. Usually two adsorption towers are connected in parallel, and the imported pneumatic valve is controlled by the imported PLC to automatically operate, alternately carry out pressurized adsorption and decompression regeneration, complete the separation of nitrogen and oxygen, and obtain the required high-purity nitrogen.
