During the usage of the nitrogen generator, regular inspections are required

The nitrogen generator is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, using high-quality carbon molecular sieve as the adsorbent, and producing nitrogen from the air under a certain pressure. Nitrogen generator is a technical product involving mechanical, electrical, instrumentation settings, and the stable long-term use of the equipment is particularly important.
During the use of the nitrogen generator, the following items need to be inspected regularly:
1. Check the temperature of the air compressor oil through the air compressor display screen, the general temperature is below 95~100℃.
2. Check the oil level of the air compressor through the oil window in the air compressor cabin. Generally, the oil level is above 30% in the window.
3. Purge or clean the air compressor intake filter and radiator regularly (once a week).
4. The air buffer tank regularly discharges the condensed water in the tank, 1~2 times every 8 hours.
5. When the refrigerated dryer is turned on, it is normal to touch the compressed air inlet and outlet of the refrigerated dryer. The temperature of the air inlet is high, and the temperature of the air outlet is low. It is normal to touch it with your hands.
6. When the refrigerated dryer is turned off again, its evaporative pressure gauge cannot be 0. If it is 0, it means that the refrigerated dryer has no refrigerant and needs to be repaired.
7. Purge the radiator fins of the refrigerated dryer regularly, once a month.
8. Check the condition of the automatic drain valve of the refrigerated dryer every shift and whether the electronic drain can drain water regularly; the drainage and sewage pipes of the refrigerated dryer cannot freeze in winter.
9. Drain and discharge the air buffer tank and the manual sewage valve of the three-stage filter every shift (once every 2~4 hours). Check the air buffer tank bottom blowdown valve weekly for water discharge.
10. Observe whether the pressure of the air buffer tank, refrigerated dryer, air process tank, adsorption tower A and B towers, nitrogen process tank and nitrogen storage tank is within the normal range every shift (once every 2~4 hours).
